Substitute Secretary (Part-Time)

Job Title

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receives and greets staff, students, parents, and visitors courteously and assists them accordingly. Handles routine clerical functions for the assigned operational center. Assists with the completion of assigned projects/tasks. Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information. Maintains a clean and welcoming environment in the office. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technology and equipment utilized by the district. Manages time-sensitive projects.
