Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Estimator. Summary: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator II to join our project estimating team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing and managing cost estimates for various projects, focusing on accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the field of project estimating. Day to day responsibilities include leading and preparing estimates, the development of pricing models, and evaluating new technological innovations in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates for new and existing projects Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary plans to support estimating scope quantification Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and teams to gather and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates Perform value engineering analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimating processes Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to account for potential project uncertainties Present cost estimates and value engineering options to senior management, project stakeholders, and clients Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure the best value for the company Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Estimator. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
