Overview Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Smith's Food and Drug merged with The Kroger Company in 1998. Today, we're proudly serving Smith's customers in over 140 stores throughout Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.
