$23 - $28+ per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage other maintenance requests as required
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in top condition, enhancing the living experience for our residents.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of service.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring long-term property value.

• Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing peace of mind to residents and property owners.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues, proactively addressing them before they escalate.

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

• Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks in a real estate or similar environment.

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Proven track record of collaborating with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.

• Capability to respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions.

• Skill in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking and improvement purposes.

• Experience in inspecting properties regularly to identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members, fostering a positive environment.

• Must have a working cell phone, reliable transportation and maintenance tools.
