Payroll Specialist The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role supports smooth HR and finance operations by managing all payroll-related activities with precision and confidentiality. Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and tax information. Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with wage laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and coordinate with HR and Finance as needed. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of payroll processing experience. Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Experience with payroll systems and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
