Drive the Marketing Engine Behind One of CRE's Fastest Growing Technology Companies

We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to help scale Vend's brand and demand generation efforts. This role will work alongside our current fractional head of marketing and directly with our CEO. You'll own and execute marketing initiatives across content, digital marketing, events, account-based marketing, and sales enablement. This is a highly visible role where you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor. You're curious, organized, metrics-driven, and constantly looking for new ways—including AI—to create better marketing outcomes, move faster, and operate more efficiently.

What You'll Do

Own Vend's content engine.

Create and manage high-impact content across blogs, customer stories, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, sales enablement materials, presentations, and other marketing assets that educate prospects, strengthen Vend's brand, and support revenue growth.

Lead our digital marketing programs.

Manage Vend's website strategy, SEO, paid digital campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization. Partner with and manage our external web development and SEO agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Plan memorable customer and industry events.

Coordinate trade shows, speaking engagements, executive events, customer experiences, property showcases, webinars, and field marketing programs that strengthen relationships, elevate Vend's industry presence, and generate pipeline.

Partner with Sales to drive account-based marketing.

Develop targeted campaigns, personalized content, and sales enablement resources that help our revenue team engage strategic accounts and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.

Bring a balance of sharp marketing instincts with AI fluency.

Continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to create content faster, improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, uncover insights, and help Vend build one of the most modern marketing organizations in commercial real estate.

What You'll Bring

• 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, commercial real estate, or another high-growth technology company.
• Experience managing content marketing, websites, SEO, digital advertising, events, and cross-functional marketing campaigns, including coordinating external agency partners.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance, using data to optimize campaigns, and translating metrics into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI into day-to-day marketing execution, with a passion for exploring emerging tools that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Outstanding writing, communication, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and enjoys taking ownership from concept through execution.
