Responsibilities Work with high-net-worth clients, including professional athletes and entertainers, to find luxury properties that fit their unique lifestyles. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to generate referrals and new business opportunities. Stay ahead of market trends, providing expert insights and personalized service to clients. Manage high-profile transactions with discretion and professionalism. Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads. Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication. Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions. Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process. Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience. Qualifications Real Estate License required or in progress. A driven and client-focused professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
