Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Spring Creek, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Millcreek, UT.

About the RoleAs a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
SNF Practice HighlightsTreat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients
Perform and assist with all types of transfers
Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice
Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team
Competency training is available -we're happy to support your growth in any of these areas
Flexible daily scheduling - we'll work with you to support work-life balance while meeting patient needs

Current Utah Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Associate degree from an accredited OTA program

One year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply
