Position Details Department: Quality Care Rehab Location: Monument Health StoneCreek Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Execute therapeutic plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist, including teaching patients how to use adaptive equipment, guiding exercises, and engaging in activities critical to recovery. Assist in planning and selecting therapeutic activities tailored to each patient’s needs and interests, applying creative and practical approaches to meet occupational therapy goals. Monitor and document patients’ progress, observe changes in performance, report observations to the occupational therapist, and adjust interventions to ensure continuous improvement. Educate patients and families about the therapy process, adaptive equipment use, and home modifications, providing clear instructions and support for long‑term recovery and independence. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current license/certification in the state of practice. TMC is an equal opportunity employer.
