Mass Tort Paralegal (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Compensation: Competitive and DOE Trend Personnel Services is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join its growing legal team. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of mass tort litigation Organize and maintain large volumes of client files, medical records, and case documentation Assist with client intake, case development, and ongoing client communication Review, summarize, and manage medical records and supporting evidence Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and litigation materials Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and outside vendors Maintain case management databases and track critical deadlines Assist with settlement administration and claim processing as needed Qualifications 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in mass tort, personal injury, or plaintiff litigation Strong organizational and document management skills Experience handling high-volume caseloads Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Paralegal certificate or degree preferred but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
