IT Help Desk Technician Windows & Security Support

Shiel Sexton

Shiel Sexton Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join the downtown Indianapolis team. This in-office role supports employees across offices and jobsites, handling 25–50 tickets per day and delivering strong customer service.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage accounts, assist with onboarding, support cybersecurity efforts, and maintain documentation to drive efficient IT operations in a busy construction environment.
