Sr. Software Engineer

Platform Management: Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.

Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between different marketing technology platforms to ensure seamless data flow and automation of marketing processes.

Customization: Customize marketing technology platforms to meet specific business requirements, including designing and implementing custom workflows, templates, and reports.

Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing technology platforms by implementing data governance policies, data validation rules, and data hygiene processes.

Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.

Optimization: Continuously optimize marketing technology platforms and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on marketing technology platforms, including creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting issues.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and analytics, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment between marketing technology solutions and business goals.

Stay Updated: Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance marketing capabilities and drive business growth.

We envision someone who:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in marketing technology or related field, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing marketing technology platforms.

Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), database management (e.g., SQL), and web development (e.g., HTML, CSS).

Experience with data integration, data management, and data analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing technology projects on time and within budget.

Relevant certifications in marketing technology platforms are a plus.
