We are seeking an organized professional for our Claim Assistant role to provide administrative support to our Worker's Comp teams. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling medical appointments, entering information in claim files, completing, and filing claim forms, and follow-through on assigned tasks until completed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focused, has strong Outlook skills, able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and has a positive, can-do attitude.

The selected candidate will work in our Sarasota, FL Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA or Ridgeland, MS office and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule, (days in office/2 days from home).

The hourly range for this position is $18.58-$28.62. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

* High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably in an insurance environment * Must be proficient with desktop technology, including Microsoft Outlook * Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making * Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
