Part-Time Activities Assistant

As an Activities Assistant at Park Lane Post Acute, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our skilled facilities offer a range of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Job Summary:
As an Activities Assistant, you will facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and maintain activity supplies and records. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and help with outings and special events.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident involvement and chart attendance

• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized

• Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities

• Assist with outings and special events, and other assigned duties

• SNF experience preferred

• Familiarity with Point Click Care preferred
