Step into a day where your expertise keeps an entire operation moving

You start first shift knowing you’re the go-to pro for complex automation and power issues. A conveyor pauses—your PLC troubleshooting pinpoints a misfiring input. A motor overheats—your VFD know-how and electrical diagnostics get it back online. Throughout the day, you balance preventive maintenance, urgent corrective repairs, and meticulous documentation in our CMMS to keep production humming and safe.

What you’ll tackle

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems that power production machinery, conveyors, motors, and control panels.
Diagnose and resolve faults on automated equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor control circuits.
Install and maintain wiring, conduit, circuit breakers, transformers, and related components while meeting NEC and OSHA requirements.
Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to isolate issues and execute solutions.
Uphold safety standards and log detailed work notes, parts, and schedules in the CMMS.

What sets you up for success

3–5 years of hands-on industrial electrical experience.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
Fluency with CMMS tools for scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
Stable work history and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends when the lines demand it.
