This position involves working with clients to ensure the quality and timely completion of engineering designs, PLC programming, control panels, and automated processes. The role requires a balance of 60% programming and 40% design.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop and implement PLC programming using Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000.
• Conduct HMI programming with PanelView and Wonderware.
• Design control panels and create electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
• Follow customer specifications and interact with clients throughout the design process.
• Design electrical schematics, follow customer specs, interact with customers throughout design process, develop bill of materials.

Must Have

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar field
• 5+ years experience with PLC programming in Allen Bradley
• HMI programming experience
• Experience working with automation controls development, machine upgrades, new builds, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, schematics, BOMs, control panel builds
• AutoCAD experience
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar field
• 7+ years experience working with PLC programming in Allen Bradley

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $53.00/hr.
