Senior Manager, Warehouse and Kitting Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead warehouse and kitting operations for CAR T commercial manufacturing. This role oversees material receipt, storage, staging, kitting, and distribution while managing multi-shift teams and ensuring cGMP compliance across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for material receipt, movement, storage, and distribution within validated systems
• Lead kitting operations ensuring accurate, timely production kit assembly and delivery to manufacturing
• Direct multi-shift teams through training, performance management, and career development initiatives
• Establish compliance procedures, investigate deviations, and lead corrective action reviews
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate operational status to planning, quality, and manufacturing partners

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing teams across multiple shifts
• Warehouse operations expertise including inventory management and material traceability
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and data analytics tools
• Experience with kitting, bill of materials, and production scheduling
• Supply chain or manufacturing operations background
