Manager, CAR-T Warehouse Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manager for CAR-T Warehouse Operations to lead material handling teams across multiple warehouse locations and shifts. The role oversees receipt, inventory, storage, and distribution processes within CAR-T clinical and commercial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound receipt, movement, and storage of materials across CAR-T supply chain network
- Manage 6-19 direct reports including training, performance reviews, and personnel development
- Ensure warehouse areas maintain compliance, safety, and operational efficiency standards
- Lead corrective and preventative actions, deviation responses, and operational investigations
- Coordinate inventory activities with cost accounting, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business management, or related field
- 5-7 years warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain experience in cGMP environments
- 3 years direct supervisor or personnel management experience
- Advanced knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical regulations
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of cell culture, purification, and aseptic processing techniques
