Join a stable, well established manufacturer with strong customer demand and long term growth Work for a company that continues to invest in equipment, technology, processes, and employee development Competitive compensation, strong benefits, paid time off, and long term career stability Work in a hands on quality role with direct impact on production, product quality, and customer satisfaction Supportive leadership team that recognizes strong performance and promotes from within Gain exposure to dimensional inspection, precision measurement, blueprints, and manufacturing processes Join a collaborative team where quality, production, and engineering work closely together Strong opportunity to grow into higher level quality, inspection, or engineering support roles Job Details RESPONSIBILITIES Set up, operate, monitor, and support manufacturing equipment and production processes Perform routine equipment adjustments to maintain quality and production performance Troubleshoot basic mechanical, process, and equipment related issues Assist with equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns Monitor production output and identify abnormalities or process concerns Perform inspections and measurements to verify product quality Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards Document production activity, equipment conditions, and process results Support preventive maintenance and basic equipment upkeep Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production leadership to resolve issues Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment REQUIREMENTS 2+ years manufacturing operations experience Hands on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures, and work standards Experience troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues Ability to use basic measurement and inspection tools Understanding of manufacturing safety and quality practices Ability to document production and process information accurately Ability to work effectively in a team oriented manufacturing environment NICE TO HAVES Experience with automated or semi automated manufacturing equipment Familiarity with preventive maintenance activities Experience performing equipment setups and changeovers Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or technical documentation Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles Experience using precision measurement tools Exposure to regulated or quality focused manufacturing environments Interested in hearing more?
