What You’ll Do As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent , you’ll combine customer service, relationship-building, and consultative sales to help families protect what matters most. Primary Responsibilities Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments. Connect with qualified members who have requested information. Learn clients’ financial protection needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions. Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner. Guide clients through the enrollment process. Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes. Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment. Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines. Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing training.
