ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is designed for people ready to apply their sales skills in a more structured, higher-upside environment. No financial services experience required. We train you from the ground up.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

? Working within a proven, structured sales process

? Consultative client conversations — no scripts, no pressure tactics

? Access to warm leads — no cold calling required ? No inventory, no territory limits, no fulfillment headaches

? 100% remote with flexible scheduling

? Performance-based compensation (1099)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

? Some sales or customer-facing experience

? Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude

? Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

? Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it — ~7-10 days online)
