Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification for Indiana, or willing to obtain
• Previous experience teaching elementary life skills or special education students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create and follow IEPs, adapt curriculum, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to elementary students in a Life Skills setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with families, staff, and specialists to maximize student growth and well-being
