Nurse Manager, RNThe Nurse Manager, RN is responsible for supervising, coordinating and coaching staff that deliver nursing care to the residents in accordance with current regulations.Ecumen Pathstone is a campus community offering comprehensive care services. On Call rotation every 5-6 weeks - Friday Evening- Monday Morning. Leader on Duty Rotation - roughly 4 times per year.Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.Benefits: Ecumen offers a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time team members including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life & disability insurance, paid time off benefits, a generous 6% 401(k) match, and other well-being resources.Essential Job Responsibilities:Ensures that campus policies and procedures, State and Federal requirements, rules and regulations as they relate to nursing care are adhered to.Responsible for coordination and direction of all resident care. Coordinates care and services with other departments/providers from the time of admission to discharge.Completes appropriate assessments, documentation, delegating data collection within scope of practice and acting timely on findings.Administers medications, completes treatments as ordered and accurately observes and monitors resident's condition on an ongoing basis.Trains and educates team members. Plans and directs work, completes performance appraisals, delivers corrective action to team members, and addresses complaints and problem resolution.Maintains safety of residents and team members. Responds appropriately to safety hazards and reports any issues to the appropriate person. Ensures that all staff follow the infection control policy and procedure.Charts, documents and communicates care related information in the manner dictated by nursing practice and facility policy.Coordinates new employee site orientation with the assistance of support staff.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Required Qualifications:Associate's Degree in NursingMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensureTwo years of nursing experienceAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formatsAbility to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulationsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreePrevious experience working with seniorsRequired Licenses & Certifications:Registered NurseEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
