About the Role:
Core Elite USA is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Jersey City, NJ! Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide exceptional service and support

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed daily customer service and sales performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary — entry level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in Jersey City, NJ on a full-time basis
