About Our Agency

We opened our agency in January 2026 and currently lead a team of seven. While the agency is new, my career with State Farm began in 2004. Prior to agency ownership, I held a variety of roles including claims, agency, and sales leadership. Those experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and reinforced my passion for helping customers and developing successful teams.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
