Contract ManagerWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across diverse projects—including construction, facility management, and related industries. In this pivotal role, you will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goalsCollaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project deliveryMonitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligationsIdentify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claimsMaintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systemsSupport bid processes and contract renewals as neededWho You'll Work WithInternal teams: Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, OperationsExternal stakeholders: Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors, Service ProvidersRegularly report to the Director of OperationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industriesStrong negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlinesWhy Join Us?Competitive annual salary ($120,000–$150,000)Exposure to high-impact projects across multiple sectorsCollaborative, growth-focused work environmentApply today to take your contract management career to the next level!
