Entry-Level PDR Technician - Paid Training Included

Position Overview Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – No Experience Needed! Hiring for July and August classes in St. Louis. Paid training, transportation, lodging, and meals provided. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. Build strong customer relationships and promote our services. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Self‑motivation and ability to work independently. Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks. Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Compensation Starting compensation: $21.00 per hour ; commission‑based earnings with unlimited, uncapped potential. Benefits & Perks Comprehensive 6‑week paid training with travel and lodging.
