Handle Technical Complexity Navigate sophisticated areas such as leasing structures, executive compensation, and specialized financing transactions. Ensure Compliance & Reporting Support regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including elements tied to compliance and corporate reporting standards. Drive Tax Strategy & Research Research and resolve complex tax issues, providing clear, actionable guidance to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Collaborate Across the Business Partner with legal, compliance, payroll, and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across all tax-related matters. Lead and Develop Oversee direct reports and contribute to the development of talent within the tax and accounting function.
