Salary: $16 + benefits About Us: Wise Staffing in Paducah provides warehouse and distribution staffing with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or pallet jack forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Stack and unstack pallets, secure loads, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and warehouse procedures
- Complete documentation (logs, shipping papers, etc.) accurately
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience (X years preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to [weight] and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and time management
