Investigations-Focused Employee Relations Specialist (Temp)
YMCA of the USA
The YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a Temporary Employee Relations Specialist (Investigations) to handle investigations related to serious misconduct and consult on performance topics. This exempt temporary role reports to the Sr. HR Director of Employee Relations and may require some evenings and weekend hours, with occasional offsite camp rotation. Responsibilities include leading investigations, coordinating with Legal, guiding managers on corrective actions, and maintaining data systems #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of the USA
