Assistant Manager/Resident Manager

Job Description

Beehive Self Storage is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager/Resident Manager at Ogden's best storage facility. Must be a hard worker, ambitious, intelligent, friendly and professional.

Responsibilities

Help manage the office and serve Beehive's customers by understanding their storage needs and finding best solutions.
Guide new customers through the move-in process.
With integrity, handle cash and credit card payments, prepare bank deposits and pursue collections.
Manage day to day maintenance of the facility, including cleaning and repairing storage units, overhead doors, sheetrock and painting.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent GED. College education is preferred.
Customer service and sales experience.
Light maintenance skills including repairs, painting, etc.
Computer skills for property management functions including managing tenant accounts, gate system, KIOSK interface, security systems, etc.
Valid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle to run errands and make deposits.

Compensation

Free onsite apartment (2 bed, 1 bath includes utilities and washer and dryer--no pets)
$15-16 per hour plus commission and monthly bonuses.
Paid time off accrued with each paycheck, increasing with years of service
