Travel Medsurg/Telemetry RN is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Tennessee. TN or compact license is required. 2 years of experience is required. Shifts consist of 7-7. Submittal Instructions
Documents required at the time of submission: Completed compliance packet and completed education packet.
Any RTO must be approved before the start of contract. Please include at the time of submission.
RN and Allied Travelers must have active licence to be submitted, no pending licensee accepted.
Flu shot is required. Flu documentation of vaccination or declination (strict requirements) by the end of day the Monday after Halloween. Must wear a surgical mask from that Tuesday after Halloween to March 31st or longer if the season extends.
RN Orientation is held on Monday's on campus however if there is a holiday it may vary. Allied Travelers have a different orientation schedule. Please reach out to AM.
If a traveler has a gap in a assignment at facility more than 30 days they must re orient.
