Production Team LeadWe're hiring a Production Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Fargo area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.This position offers a great weekday schedule with no weekends, competitive starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience, and an opportunity to grow within an established manufacturing environment.What You'll Be Doing:Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the dayAssign daily work priorities to help meet production goals and deadlinesWork alongside the production team and serve as a backup across different workstationsEnsure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently followedAssist with troubleshooting equipment, machine setup, and production issuesHelp identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall efficiencyCoordinate material usage and work ordersComplete production-related data entry within the company's ERP systemSupport cross-training and employee developmentPromote a positive, team-oriented production environmentWho We're Looking For:Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating manufacturing equipmentHands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and help the teamStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsComfortable working with computers and ERP systemsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safetyAbility to communicate effectively and keep a team on trackDependable, self-motivated, and able to manage changing prioritiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environmentWhat Our Client Offers:Starting pay of $23+/hour based on experienceMonday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AMNo weekendsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHealth savings and flexible spending account optionsLife insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance programReferral programOpportunities for growth and advancement
