Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and interventions through individual, group, and family therapy targeting clients with mental health and emotional disorders.

• Establish trust and rapport with clients and their families, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize resources and integrate care for clients, facilitating communication among family members and service providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, referring clients for deeper evaluations when necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and provide on-call support as required.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and address gaps in care.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other required reports.

You will primarily work with underserved populations in Gilbert, Arizona, where access to mental health resources can often be limited. Your role will focus on addressing the complex psychological needs of individuals dealing with mental illness, emotional difficulties, and situational crisis. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
