Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 + Bonus

Job Description:

Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager for a successful property management company based in Oxford. In this role, you will support the overall operations of long term, residential properties, ensuring exceptional tenant relations, efficient administrative processes, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
• Support lease administration processes, including preparing contracts, renewals, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
• Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing timely resolutions
• Manage conflict resolution between tenants or vendors with professionalism and tact

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
• Familiarity with property management software such as Rent Manager
• Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict management abilities
• Strong organizational skills including data entry, filing, and contract management within an office environment
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing, contracts, and facilities management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus for tenant retention initiatives
