Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking a motivated Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join its medical group of 440 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians. This role offers a full-scope practice, performing comprehensive vascular procedures from complex open surgeries to minimally invasive interventions. Practice Info ~ Medical group of 440 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians covering a large catchment in Northcentral Montana ~ Heart and vascular department includes 1 cardiothoracic surgeon and 1 cardiothoracic vascular surgeon ~ Surgical department includes 5 general surgeons (non-vascular) ~ Radiology department includes 3 interventional radiologists ~10 operating rooms with Davinci robotics (Xi and 5), brand new hybrid OR, and onsite ASC ~ Level II trauma designation offering fixed and rotor wing in-house air ambulance covering a 42,000 square mile region Responsibilities ~ Perform comprehensive vascular procedures in a full-scope practice from complex open procedures to minimally invasive interventions Compensation Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses Generous sign-on / relocation bonus Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues Benefits ~5-7% retirement match + 457b program ~ Paid malpractice + tail ~ Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development Shift & Schedule ~ Reasonable call schedules depending on practice desires ~8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME) Requirements ~ BE/BC Vascular Surgeon
