Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric, elementary, and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with IEPs and ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous school-based or clinical experience is an asset
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Provide both direct and consultative services as appropriate
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
