Job Title: General Laborer - $20/hr - Career Growth Opportunity

Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of production, material handling, and facility support tasks.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Support machine operators and production teams to help meet daily goals.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and report any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, sorting, and packaging materials.
• Assist with housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in training programs and continuously develop new skills.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, production, or general labor is a plus.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, or material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fredonia, NY.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.
