Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders

• Provide therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and cognitive training

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop effective treatment plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS/SLP) or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and electronic health records (EHRs)
