Quality Assurance Specialist (Fully Remote)

Review credentialing files to verify licenses, certifications, and background reports. Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Review, approve, or reject credentialing documents in the designated system. Monitor at-risk and corrected documents and ensure timely follow-up. Track rejection trends and recommend process improvements. Requirements: Customer service experience with strong attention to detail and organization. Typing speed of 40–50 WPM and solid computer skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Hourly compensation of $22.50–$26.50 USD. Fully remote within the US with professional development opportunities.
