Maintenance Manager OpportunityOpportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and capital improvement initiatives at a large cement manufacturing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all mechanical, electrical, automation, mobile equipment, and maintenance operations.Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Improve equipment reliability through condition-based maintenance practices.Plan and manage major plant shutdowns and capital improvement projects.Develop and maintain long-range maintenance strategies and five-year maintenance plans.Manage maintenance budgets, work order systems, purchasing, and inventory controls.Monitor and improve key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), including equipment reliability, downtime, MTBF, and maintenance costs.Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors and maintenance personnel.Partner with Production, Quarry, Engineering, and Quality to improve plant performance.Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Five or more years of maintenance leadership experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.Proven experience leading maintenance teams.Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.Experience planning and executing major shutdowns and capital projects.Experience with Oracle, SAP, Maximo, or similar ERP/Maintenance Management systems.Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.Preferred Heavy Industrial ExperienceCement/LimeMiningAggregatesTechnical SkillsPreventive & Predictive MaintenanceReliability EngineeringRoot Cause AnalysisVibration AnalysisThermographyOil AnalysisMicrosoft OfficeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
