Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing, and managing Weddle and Sons' Denver, Colorado location. This role will carry broad responsibility for business development, sales growth, recruiting and hiring, staff management, customer relationships, project oversight, and local administrative accountability. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership ability, practical roofing/construction knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and details.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for growing the base of business in Denver and the surrounding communities by developing relationships with homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, real estate professionals, insurance agents, contractors, and community leaders. The role will also include oversight of estimating, sales, production coordination, customer satisfaction, accounts receivable, accounts payable coordination, and local staff performance.

Requirements

• Management experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and growing customer relationships
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or project management software (AccuLynx experience preferred)
• Ability to climb a ladder and walk roofs safely
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to work some early evenings or weekends as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or company initiatives
