Team Lead

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Lead to support operations within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards across the team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of a designated work group or production cell Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet customer requirements Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to team members as needed Ensure adherence to all company quality standards and safety protocols Assist in resolving workflow or personnel issues during the shift Communicate performance updates and operational concerns to the Supervisor or Operations Manager Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and accuracy Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and lead a team on an overnight shift Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Work Environment Fast‑paced warehouse setting Requires standing, walking, and monitoring operations throughout the shift EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
