Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Therapist. Based in Marion, SC, and surrounding areas, this position allows flexibility for some work‑from‑home days. The Therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. They will work closely with clients to support mental health recovery, provide crisis intervention when needed, and collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliant and accurate documentation and supporting community outreach initiatives to improve access to mental health services. Qualifications Proficiency in individual, family, and group therapy techniques using evidence‑based approaches Skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Experience with crisis management and providing trauma‑informed care Familiarity with maintaining compliant and confidential clinical documentation systems Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field State licensure (or license eligibility) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent Understanding of holistic and person‑centered approaches to mental health care Experience with underserved communities is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Tranquil Innovations LLC
