Associate Attorney - Coverage and Bad Faith

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith for its Jacksonville, FL office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analytical writing and trial advocacy, offering a balanced mix of research, writing, litigation, and client interaction. Duties Draft coverage opinions on third-party liability claims. Litigate declaratory judgment actions. Advise clients on potential extra-contractual exposure. Respond to tender demands and conduct examinations under oath. Defend coverage and bad faith suits across all insurance lines. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong analytical writing and trial advocacy skills. Steady and consistent work history preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
