THE COMPANY:

This fast-growing company in the greater Tampa, Florida area offers men’s health, wellness, and telemedicine services nationwide.

The founders are ready to grow the company substantially and need to hire mission-driven leaders who will help scale the business.

THE JOB:

The right operations leader for this job will have experience or knowledge of solutions in the men's health, longevity, and/or wellness space.

Owning the end-to-end customer journey (lead > paying client > fulfillment > ongoing service), your Day-to-day activities would include:

• Honing and scaling the company's systems and operations, spanning across sales, service, logistics, fulfillment, and vendor management functions.
• Identifying gaps to improve operational speed, reduce friction, and build scalable processes.
• Identifying patterns in customer questions, issues, complaints, delays, and service friction, then working with the right department to resolve them.
• Collaborating with departments to improve service consistency, customer experience, fulfillment speed, and retention.
• Conducting one-on-ones, setting goals, delivering expectations downstream, and holding employees accountable to those goals.
• Working directly with external vendor partners to address vendor issues, resolve recurring problems, negotiate pricing, and identify new partners when needed.
• Working directly with the founders to build systems, processes, dashboards, workflows, accountability structures, and scalable operating cadences.
• Leveraging Salesforce CRM and other internal support tools.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of operations leadership experience across sales operations, business ops, service operations and/or vendor management
• Familiarity with health, wellness, functional medicine, fitness, nutrition, telehealth, hormones, peptides, TRT, anti-aging, diagnostics, or adjacent men's health categories
• Hands-on leader with management experience, able to conduct performance reviews
• Strong process improvement and systems-building ability
• Strong cross-department communication skills, able to collaborate with sales, service, medical, tech, vendor, and founder teams
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday in the greater Tampa, Florida area office (Applicants open to relocation, with strong relevant experience, will be considered)
