Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across rental services, logistics, and customer support. This role manages operational workflows, sets performance standards, and ensures that processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with company goals. The Director of Operations will lead and coach teams, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, managing budgets, optimizing operational systems, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Director will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and support strategic planning to sustain growth and profitability. Qualifications Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and workflow design. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions. Proven Team Management capabilities, including staff development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage operational costs, forecasts, and resource allocation. Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels. Relevant experience in rental services, logistics, property management, or a similar operations-focused industry is preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
