• Position: Registered Nurse – LTAC/Telemetry
• Location: Greensboro, NC 27406
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly schedule with weekend coverage
• On-Call: One weekend per month
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent skilled Registered Nurse experience
• Current North Carolina RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Knowledge of central lines required
• Wound care experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to LTAC/Telemetry patients in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and anticipate patient care needs
• Monitor patients with complex medical needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy support
• Manage care involving central lines and other advanced clinical interventions
• Collaborate with the care team to prioritize safe, effective patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional practice
• Support team members through clear direction, supervision, and communication as needed
