Position Overview

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full‑time board‑certified/board‑eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for its Mission Hills location in California.

Full‑time physicians at Facey Medical Group are scheduled only 4.5 days per week as the organization recognizes the importance of a healthy work‑life balance. Position Highlights

• Full‑time, board‑certified or board‑eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
• Practice location: Mission Hills, California
• Outpatient only with no hospital responsibilities
• Strong emphasis on quality, patient outcomes, and evidence‑based care
• After‑hours call volume shared among physicians in the region (approximately once per month)
• Supportive, team‑based care environment with experienced clinical staff

Schedule

• Full‑time physicians are scheduled 4.5 days per week
• Emphasis on sustainable practice and work‑life balance
• Generous paid time off

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation between $280,000 and $350,000 per year
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, substantial employer‑paid retirement plan contribution, eligibility to participate in Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through our affiliation with Providence (subject to program requirements), shareholder opportunities available for clinically strong, committed physicians

Mission Hills is located about eight miles northwest of Burbank in north Los Angeles County.
