IT Asset Management Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Asset Management Technician to join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide end-user support. Duties And Responsibilities Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tags into client system Process defective PC repair through PC repair service vendor Disposal of aged PC / hard drives through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR Deployment and retrieval of PCs to users and Tier 1 IT at onsite / remote offices Provide support for and maintenance of printers Skills And Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables Good communication and customer support skills Must be organized / detail-oriented Wage Range The rate for this position is between $20.25 - $27.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
